4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services
Customs clearance
Events beyond our reasonable control

5. Title & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Title (ownership) passes to you once full payment has been received.

6. Consumer Rights & Statutory Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under:

Consumer Rights Act 2015
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
EU Consumer Rights Directive

Where a conflict exists, statutory consumer rights will always prevail.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return goods are governed by our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You must follow the return instructions provided. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

8. Manufacturer Defects & Agency Relationship

Some products sold by Saviourclo UK are manufactured by third-party suppliers.

Where a defect is identified as a manufacturing defect, Saviourclo UK acts as an agent between the customer and the manufacturer for the purpose of resolving the issue.

In such cases:

The defect remains the responsibility of the manufacturer in origin
We will facilitate communication and resolution on your behalf
We reserve the right to recover costs from the manufacturer
We do not accept liability for defects arising from manufacturing processes beyond our direct control

This does not affect your statutory rights. You will always receive a lawful remedy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity
We are not liable for misuse of products, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear
We are not liable for alterations made to products after delivery

Nothing in this section limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under law
