Thank you for shopping with Saviourclo UK. We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, this policy explains your rights and how returns and cancellations are handled in line with UK and EU consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period:

  • Starts the day after you receive your item(s)

  • Ends 14 calendar days later

This right is provided under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer protection laws.

 

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, you must inform us clearly by email or contact form before the 14-day period ends.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel (reason optional)

We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Returning Your Items

After cancelling, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Refund method: Original payment method

  • Timeframe: Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check fit and quality, we may deduct an amount to reflect any loss in value.

 

Delivery & Return Shipping Costs

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This approach allows us to keep product prices competitive.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair.

Please contact us at saviour.clo.uk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will arrange a free return and resolve the issue promptly.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Under UK and EU law, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. underwear, earrings)

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

These exclusions will always be clearly stated before purchase.
