We aim to make returns as simple and transparent as possible. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly.

Step 1 – Check You’re Eligible to Return

You may return your item if:

✔ You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
✔ The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ All tags are attached
✔ The item is returned in original packaging where possible

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear (without hygiene seal), earrings, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Step 2 – Contact Us Before Sending Anything Back

Before returning your item, you must notify us.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will reply with confirmation and the correct return address.

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

 

Step 3 – Prepare Your Return

Once your return is approved:

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable alternative)

  2. Ensure all tags are attached

  3. Include your order number inside the package

  4. Seal the parcel properly to avoid damage in transit

Step 4 – Send Your Return

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Step 5 – Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3–5 working days

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Email saviour.clo.uk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Attach clear photos of the issue

  3. Include your order number and description

We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Important Notes

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Sale items are subject to the same return conditions unless clearly stated otherwise.
